Jessica Edith Louise Foster—Jessie to the people who loved her most--was a 21 year old from Kamloops, British Columbia, living the good life in Las Vegas. On the evening of March 28th, 2006, Jessie talked to her sister in Canada who was planning to come visit Jessie in a few weeks. After that conversation, Jessie was never heard from again.
