Julie Ann Weflen was a 28 year old from Deer Park, Washington. She worked for the Bonneville Power Administration and loved the outdoors. On September 16, 1987, on her way home, Julie stopped at a substation to make sure it was working correctly. Julie never made it home. She was never seen again.
