It has been a while since everyone has heard from me... Failure, fear, depression, stress, anxiety and trying to survive have got in the way of releasing a podcast... However that ends now, before I could start having guests back on and delving into the thousand things that need to be talked about I sat down and unpacked the process I've been through over the past few months. It's been a bit of a Journey for sure and I hope you get something out of this one.
