Amy Williams MBE: Consistency compounds lead to success

My guest this week is Olympic Gold Medallist Amy Williams MBE. Amy won her Gold medal in the Vancouver 2010 winter Olympics, competing in the Skeleton Event. She is also the first GB athlete in 30 years to win a Gold Medal in a Winter Olympics, and the first female athlete achieve this for 58 years! This conversation was a really interesting insight into how important consistency, self belief and discipline is. This is an honest story on how you can become successful by showing up everyday, bringing your best and enduring the hard days. All while enjoying the journey and the lessons it has to offer. Amy is now a speaker, TV presenter, athlete, ambassador, author and personal trainer. Here is the link to her website: https://www.amywilliams.com/
