Rosalba Courtney has a PhD in dysfunctional breathing and breathing therapy and has been published widely in the scientific literature. Rosalba believes breathing combined with movement, mind-body techniques, and other health practices can heal the mind and body and has developed a system called Integrative Breathing Therapy based on models and tools from her PhD. Rosalba offers online and face-to-face programs for individuals and groups. These programs include Breath Mind Body, Functional Breathing Retraining, Healthy Breathing Healthy Child and Altitude Power Breathing.
