How to Calm Down When You Are Angry

Anger is an emotion that hits hard, has some of the most intense reactions, and can be felt deeply in the body. It doesn’t matter if you are someone who feels their feelings, shoves down their feelings, or has difficulty communicating them; anger is unavoidable because we are humans living in a fallen world. That is not an excuse for anger but a fact. Anger is one of the most basic emotions we, as humans, feel and experience.  I aim to help you befriend the feeling of anger instead of running from it. In this episode, I talk about what happens to our bodies when we experience anger and the normal ways we respond to it. I also offer a few techniques that can help you manage anger and biblical practices we are all called to do by God.
