Daniel Rádai (chief urban planner - vice mayor, Budapest District 8 - Józsefváros, Budapest, Hungary)What happens when plenty of citizens wake up one day realizing that the place they call home could be just so much different. Moreover, out of surprise a couple of young, eager urbanists get a chance to launch a new direction.
