Mikhail is Managing Director of Institutional Ethics & Integrity with Affiliated Monitors, Inc. serving as an independent integrity monitor to global organizations, under regulatory settlement agreements. She is also on faculty at the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) in Luxembourg, Austria where she teaches corporate compliance and investigations.
