SEASON 3 - EP 52. Why you keep yoyo'ing and relapsing (Proactive Frame Works)

In this episode I discuss this idea I teach out students of proactive frameworks.

This is fundamentally important if you always feel like you yoyo and hyper compensate.
Doing well one day, a hot mess the next.

Proactive frameworks are preventative steps/routines you deploy ahead of time (even if you don't feel you need it)
As a means to minimize or reduce negative downstream effects (cravings / low energy etc.)

This is a key pillar in terms of "getting your house in order".
Because the mental jet fuel you burn up by NOT having proactive frameworks in place is taking you away from being your best self.
