ADHD and Comparison

Have you ever been so proud and confident telling one person about your success then so SURPRISED that telling another person you actually start to feel ashamed and small?  Many times this shame stems from feeling less than or not as good as others. Comparison truly robs us of so much. With ADHD it is very common for us to be in constant comparison and feeling different because our brains ARE DIFFERENT. You are not alone in this struggle, but understanding WHY you feel so down is a big part to knowing how to shift that energy.
