Mindfulness and Nordic Walking with Sarah Walters

In this episode, I speak to Sarah Walters, a British Nordic Walking instructor based in Old Town Swindon, Wiltshire. Sarah started Nordic Walking in 2010, with her friend Fiona Woodruffe when they wanted to find an outdoor exercise activity that they both enjoyed and that would exercise the body symmetrically and with less impact on the joints.
