How does intimacy change once you become parents?

Intimacy (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual) evolves a lot during motherhood. For us, intimacy doesn’t feel as easy and ‘spontaneous’ as it used to be, it requires intention, nurturing and sometimes even planning now that we have more responsibilities. We chat through our love languages, our new definitions of intimacy and how we foster it in our relationships, false expectations, as well as learnings from ‘The Queen’s code’ by Alison A. Armstrong which has helped us better understand how men operate. This episode is brought to you by Sollis Health, now introducing their Sollis Family membership, the only medical membership that’s on demand for your family 24/7, 365.
