Routines: Sleep, naps, feeding, solids

Today’s episode is all about routines. We’re big fans of routines as they keep us sane, but getting on a routine that works well for your family, be it: sleeping, eating, napping, etc is hard. We chat through the first year of schedule and share our day-to-day routines, including our morning and night time routine. We speak about sleep training, starting solids, meal planning and how everything feels daunting the first time around.
