199. The Good Karma Gods are back in Claret & Blue
Finally, the good karma gods were shining down on us as VAR ruled in our favour in the 3-1 victory over Fulham on Sunday. Gianluca Scamacca may or may not have handled the ball before deftly looping the ball over Bernd Leno to put us 2-1 ahead in the second-half, but VAR arguably made the right call by awarding the goal due to it not being a clear and obvious error. Finally, that rule has been used properly! The victory makes it three in three in all competitions and provided further evidence that we're back on the right track, with Scamacca and Lucas Paqueta developing a wonderful relationship that will hopefully help us get back into contention for a top-seven finish.
