It's been a while since we won a football match, let alone one so comfortably. David Moyes returned to a back four against Nottingham Forest, citing the need for more midfielders post-match, and also gifted Danny Ings his first start since signing for the club. The result? A 4-0 thrashing, Ings scoring twice and West Ham looking utterly devastating in the final third. Arguably for the first time this season. It was a must-win game and that's exactly what we got. But is it a sign of what we should expect for the remainder of the season?
