247. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail
It is absolutely no surprise that we risk going into the busy festive period without a 'proper' striker. Michail Antonio's injury while on international duty with Jamaica means he could be out for months, leaving just Danny Ings and Divin Mubama as our only recognised strikers in the squad. One barely looks interested when he does get on the pitch, the other is only a teenager and has just 35 minutes of Premier League football to his name. Jarrod Bowen has been utilised there recently but that's not the point. When is the club going to learn that it needs to continue to invest in the striker department until they get it right? Haller and Scamacca didn't work, but doesn't mean they should just give up and just accept Antonio is the only man for the job. He's 33-years-old!
