Ride Through Those Cortisol Rushes--LEIGHANNE NEVILLE

Leighanne Neville grew up with 5 brothers and learned how to be comfortable with competition and risk-taking. This served her as a CPA both in traditional accounting firms and then as a CFO in startups. When faced with the Imposter Syndrome she convinces herself of her strengths and projects confidence, just as she was taught as a young girl. Over time Leighanne has learned that it is ok not to be “one of the boys.” She leans on her emotional side to facilitate authentic communication and self-care especially during those IPO “cortisol rushes.”
