TO NOT SAY SOMETHING I DENY MY VOICE - ELIZABETH OWEN

Elizabeth Owen worked 10 years as an educator using tech to teach children before she became the Founder/Chief Data Scientist of Learning Data Discovery LLC. Elizabeth knew growing up that she was driven differently than her peers. In particular, she had strong convictions for wanting equity for women and POC. Her convictions led her to follow her voice and take responsibility to make change. Despite three graduate degrees and ample experience, she can experience poor self-worth. When she feels foggy and slowed down, she knows that she is not listening to herself but likely, to those around her. Meditation, exercise, and even a hot shower, help her get back to being centered.
