#341 - At 49, She Built Muscle, Dropped 8.5% Body Fat & Came Off Her Thyroid Meds with Amanda Lenhart

She was 49, freezing all the time, gaining weight, and feeling totally defeated.After trying everything from keto and veganism to hormone clinics and Weight Watchers Amanda was told her body was just getting older… and was prescribed thyroid meds and testosterone pellets.But nothing changed.She didn’t feel better.
