Justin talks about his journey from working on pit crews and getting his start in making videos through vlogging. He also talks about how his welding gloves came about, the manufacturing process, and what it is like to keep an inventory of all the different sizes. He also breaks down the different types of things he welded while working on race teams as well as how the racing industry has changed through the years.
