Vanessa Stacey: NZ Fringe Festival director on the 35th annual event kicking off this week

One of the highlights on Wellington’s events calendar returns this week.  NZ Fringe is the largest arts festival in the country, encompassing more than 170 events with artists from across New Zealand and the globe.
