1 YEAR RE-RELEASE: Saying NO: Why is it viewed as hard, learning to communicate our “no’s” situationally, and only saying “yes” to opportunities that serve you

To celebrate our 1 year since the start of the podcast, we are re-releasing some of our favourite episodes. Whether you are new to the pod or have been iwth us on this journey since the beginning, enjoy these blasts from the past! Whether it’s saying “no” to a friend, family member, or co-worker it is inherently viewed as ‘difficult’. Why do women feel this way? In this week’s episode, the girls discuss why they struggle to say no in all facets of life: work, relationships, family, friends, etc. They discuss people pleasing as a woman, how by saying yes to something you don’t want to do, you’re saying no to other things and learning to communicate from a place of honesty rather than obligation. In 2021, the girls challenge you to do what serves YOU, not what you feel you ‘should’ do.  If you loved this episode please leave us a review and send us an email at wereallthinkinitpodcast@gmail.com, we’d love to hear from you!
