Kate followed her heart, left her career in law, and found creative expression in songwriting. She learned to look into what was inside and create from there. Even though Kate tapped inside herself for her creativity, she was still looking out there, in many places for ways to understand her own psychology. Each place she looked was helpful to a point, but never the entire, lasting picture. When she heard of the 3 Principles understanding, it brought all the puzzle pieces together for her.
