12 | Adrian Mackinder - part 2

Derek and Mike welcome back Adrian Mackinder, a British writer, actor, comedian, and man of many talents. In honor of Mike’s upcoming birthday, Mike and Adrian team up for a game where they have to identify historical figures that may or may not have lived longer than Mike. Adrian then discusses the biggest challenges and cultural differences he has experienced when moving from London to Copenhagen. The conversation continues with a discussion on the cultural similarities between Danish and British media, especially the popularity of Danish noir series. A debate takes place over whether a sense of humor is shared between the two countries, and whether or not learning Danish should be a priority for foreigners living in Denmark - and overall, a lot of laughs are had all around. Follow the pod on Instagram: https://instagram.com/waydidpodFollow Adrian Mackinder: https://instagram.com/adrian_mackinderFollow If These Walls Could Talk Improv: https://www.instagram.com/wallsimprovOrder Order Stan Lee: How Marvel Changed the World: https://amzn.to/46YJCX2Pre-order Death and the Victorians: https://amzn.to/3QlpcQz🎟️ LIVE SHOW TICKETS: Get your tickets to see our 100th episode recorded live at Copenhagen's Comedy Zoo on Tuesday, 6 May at 19:30 Hosted on Acast.
