*HEADSPIN* Yes, yes y'all and we don't stop. This week we explore the roots and fundamentals of Hip-Hop and Electro with the incredible boundary breaking force of nature that is Man Parrish. Given his nickname 'Man' by none other than Andy Warhol Man Parrish has been a part of the New York club scene since the days of Studio 54, he partied with Halston, Bianca Jagger, Madonna and countless others. His groundbreaking musical style gave electro just the jolt it needed to reach the mainstream with his seminal cut 'Hip-Hop/Bee Bop'. He broke into the UK Top 10 with the Hi-Energy ode to the gay club scene 'Male Stripper' reaching Number 4 in 1986. He has composed music for the ballet and been inducted into the Museum of Modern Arts permanent collection. What you really need to know though is that this is one hell of an interview.
