Day Twenty- Floppy body

It is day twenty! (not sure how but there we go!) and I am back to teaching you relaxation techniques because remember a relaxed birth is a calm birth- and that's why we are all here right!? So, you already know how to gradually put your self into a state a relaxation... okay maybe you forgot, don't worry I will remind you of calm breathing. Then I will introduce you to one of several methods to use toget yourself INSTANTLY into a state a relaxation-  officially called 'Progressive Relaxation' or as I like to call it Floppy body.
