What They Don't Tell You About Chef life with Isaac Carew

This week on WTDTYA we have the glorious Isaac Carew. Isaac is a model and an author but first and foremost he is a chef. After learning to cook from watching his father, Isaac found his love for cooking and spent time perfecting the craft. From gastropubs to training in Miami, Isaac went on to work with the likes of Angela Hartnett and then took his passion paperback, publishing ‘The Dirty Dishes’ which showcases 100 delicious recipes that you can recreate in your own home.   If you have ever wondered whether chefs actually do have bad tempers or what their diets look like, tune in to listen to Isaac spill the beans. I hope you enjoy this week’s ep as much as I did recording it! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Om Podcasten

“What They Don’t Tell you About” is a podcast hosted by Grace McGovern, digging into the myths of topical and current industries. Every week we invite a guest to share with us either their myths, ideas or changed understandings of a topic that they are associated or feel close to in some way, whether they be fun or serious. We look at different understandings from those within a topic to those on the outside trying to be as honest and open as possible, while hopefully changing some of the preconceived discourse that may surround it.
