We talk with Eunice Tsang, a self described 'slasher' whose work involves art journalism, production and  right now, curator at Present Projects, an art space she co-runs with photographer Wing Shya in Sham Shui Po. Eunice talks about her approach to programming the space, as well as the meaning of producing and consuming art all within a changing, some might say gentrified, Sham Shui Po landscape.
