112. Brian Sutow // Casting Director
Today on What's My Frame I'm joined by Casting Director, Brian Sutow. I had the joy of meeting Brian through a SAG-AFTRA Foundation class earlier this year. His articulate redirects, instinctual understanding of an actor's process and natural warmth made for a really special class. There's also the fact he's a fellow NCSA Pickle, so obviously for many reasons I wanted to have him on the show and discuss his creative journey! Brian shares the twists and turns that lead him into a career in casting; he's now part of one of the busiest offices in LA. One thing I really admire about Brian is his openness; when reading with him you feel like you have someone in the world you've created with you and that he's genuinely rooting for you to succeed! Brian also shares some really empowering thoughts on his time as an actor and how he felt auditioning.
