S1 EP4: Moritz Waldemeyer | Wearable Wonders

Moritz Waldemeyer is a mastermind in wearables. Since founding his studio in 2004, he has created many bespoke wearables, installations, and works of art for Audi, Versace, and Microsoft, as well as light-studded costumes for the likes of U2, Rihanna, and Will.i.am. In this conversation, Moritz shares the process behind designing a pangolin-inspired headpiece for Jamiroquai and tells us about his illuminating contribution to Bentley’s 100th-anniversary concept car. Moritz also discusses the lack of adventure and experimentation in wearables, as well as where the industry is headed next. Like this episode? Don’t forget to share the podcast with your friends.
