Do Less/Do More — The Neuroscience of change.

Most of us believe that IF we say "I'm going to stop doing '_blank_' and start doing '_blank_'!", THEN something is actually going to shift. Unfortunately, change rarely happens in this fashion. Neuroscience tells us there's a better way than utilizing this stop/start mindset. The fancy word involved in this process is Neuroplasticity.
