She shares her personal journey of moving from professional dancing to being a studio owner and master trainer of the Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods. While dancing she sustained a back injury leading her into a deep study of the body starting with learning and teaching the Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods. In 2003, she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Once her first child was born, she moved back home and opened Elements Fitness & Wellness Center.
