Homeless Boulders
When mysterious boulders appear in a freeway underpass, Sheryl and Jesse go to investigate. They discover the boulders were placed there to discourage homeless residents, but have ended up dividing the neighborhood. Are the boulders a peaceful protest or hostile architecture? And what should be done when conflict arises between housed and unhoused neighbors?
