Fashion, Movement, and Inclusive Design with Chet Lo and Clélia Edouard

In the last episode of the series, we will be looking to how the fashion and fitness industry intersect. We’ll be exploring changing narratives around fitness and fashion and chatting about how freedom to move and body inclusivity can be incorporated into design.  Liv is joined by designer Chet Lo who tells us about his creative process and how women’s comfort are at the forefront of his designs. Chet talks about how clothes should be designed for bodies to move in, and that clothing is at its most beautiful when the person it’s made for can move freely and confidently.  We’re also joined by Nike Well Collective trainer Clélia Edouard, whose new gym is focused around inclusivity and encouraging all bodies to workout. Clélia tells us about how she went from burnout at a corporate job to being inspired to help others in their approach to movement, as well as chatting with Chet about how his dancing background helped him find climbing as a movement of choice.  If you want to get in touch with the show, email us podcasts@elleuk.com Follow Liv Little on Instagram @livslittle Follow Chet Lo on Instagram @chet__lo Follow Clélia Edouard on instagram @cleliaedouard In association with @nikewellcollective Hosted on Acast.
