Marine Raiders in the Pacific

Joining me again is Kater Miller, USMC veteran and curator at the National Museum of the United States Marine Corps, this time to talk about the Marine Raiders in the Pacific in the context of the New Georgia Campaign, which will be the subject of the next few episodes. We also talk a bit about lineage for the Raiders, since the modern Marine Corps has "Raiders" that do not actually hold the lineage to these Raiders from 1942/1943. Among the Raiders was Jimmy Roosevelt, one of FDR's sons. Links USMC Museum (https://www.usmcmuseum.com/)
