"Third time's the charm" - Kenneth McDuff

On this episode of Wife of Crime I'm telling Russ about the most notorious serial killer in Texas history! Kenneth McDuff was a life long bully and trouble maker who, not surprisingly would end up on death row in 1966 for a triple homicide. 10 years later, because of the death penalty being banned nationwide and Texas prisons being overcrowded HE GOT OUT!! He would go on to ruthlessly murder multiple women over the next few years. Because of McDuff, the State of Texas had to change the way they handled paroles and punishments. Moral of this story...
