Graduating from Imperial College London as a medical doctor & specialising as an integrative adult psychiatrist, she brings together over 2 decades of experience in scientific advances in mental health with spiritual models of care.  She broadcasts for BBC Radio 4 and BBC world service and is well known for her spiritual commentary on current affairs, mental health, and wellbeing, reaching an audience in the hundreds of millions.
