This is his journey from being an offender and ending up in prison, to how he turned his life around to be a highly successful celebrity Personal Trainer. He is a forward-thinking individual and one to watch out for in the fitness space, we discuss everything from callusing the mind to individual progression. A very interesting story and it is awesome to see how this entrepreneur has turned his life around to be a motivational speaker and PT.
