On today’s episode we welcome Carlie to strip. Carlie is a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner based in Brisbane, Queensland. She has the amazing job of guiding women back to themselves, to who they are at their core. Back before all the subconscious programming was layered on them from early childhood. Carlie is a strong believer that each and every person came to this earth for a purpose and through hypnosis can clear emotional, physical and spiritual blocks providing a path back to who you really are.Hey Beautiful Souls, What a couple of weeks this has been?! I enjoyed an amazing weekend away in Newcastle the first weekend in August, to then come back to Dubbo and be told I'm in lock down for a week. I must say that week was not an easy one for me. I closed my yoga studio and made the pivot online offering FREE 30 minute classes. I dipped to my lowest point around day 2-3 and dug my way out with self-care and routine.I was looking forward to the end of that lock down with only 2 days to go, when the news of positive COVID cases in Dubbo came through, extending lock down for at least another week. But that's ok, because I found my GROOOVE, and now encourage you all to join me here. I’m over here flexing my resilience, innovation and adaption to what comes my way.
