How to Deal with Tough Days

Ever wake up and with a to-do list a mile long, goals in the waiting, and yet feel like you don’t have the head space to allow for it, or your energy is off? You may want to curl up in a ball to watch your favourite show and let the day slip away because you aren’t feeling it. Or perhaps, things are happening in your life that feel challenging, uphill, or stressful to deal with. It's tough to show up on hard days. This is a question I get asked when coaching my clients ; “how to I deal with them?”   Today, we’re going to discuss how to handle tough days while also honouring yourself in the process in the latest podcast episode. 1.     Do it for your future self (get dressed, keep working, etc., so you aren't adding stress to your future self by not getting things done). 2.    You can do hard things without needing to be high-vibe 3.    Success is littered with challenges. It’s your job to turn that into $$ or have them create lessons to jump from in a beautiful way. 4.    Get some rest or change your scenery. 5.    Remember who the F you are.
