Jess Keogh: The trouble with relaxation

Episode 33 with Jess Keogh. "I hate relaxing. I really have to force myself to relax." Jess Keogh is the founder of The Body Positive, a counseling practice built on the principles of unconditional self-acceptance and body positivity. Jess is a qualified mental health and counseling professional with a degree in Psychological Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Jess first sought out her own ADHD diagnosis after reading some of my ADHD posts on Instagram and feeling like they were VERY relatable. We talk all about her own hunch that she might have ADHD and how she slowly put the pieces together, and how her own ADHD has shown up throughout her schooling, career, and motherhood. Jess is such an amazing soul and we basically laugh our way through this whole interview. Enjoy!
