Today I am speaking with Juliette Sanchez Lambert. Juliette is a consultant, trainer and facilitator. She works on human rights, gender equality, diversity and inclusion and sexual violence prevention. She works for both public and private actors, mostly NGOs and international organisations.  She is also the co-author of It’s Not That Grey, a practical guide which deconstructs the so-called “grey zone” of sexual harassment by giving concrete tools to identify, bust myths and fight harassment.In this conversation we find out how and why Juliette started her consulting journey and what propelled her career forwards at the very beginning.
