Leah Fessler is a reporter at Quartz, The Atlantic's global business sister-site, where she covers gender, relationships, and work culture. She also writes on the intersection of feminism and tech, and is a nationally acclaimed expert on hookup culture. Her work has been published in The Washington Post, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal, and more. Prior to Quartz, she worked in management at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund, and studied English and creative writing at Middlebury College in Vermont. She lives in Brooklyn with her pug, Chester, and is originally from Boston.Aired April 18, 2018
