Sarah Lacy, founder of Pando.com and author of 'A Uterus is a Feature, Not a Bug', talks with Laura Zarrow about looking squarely at institutionalized sexism and the lies and myths about working mothers that hold us all back. Sarah Lacy is the founder, CEO, and editor-in-chief of the investigative tech news site Pando.com. She has been covering technology news and entrepreneurship for over 15 years, with stints at BusinessWeek and TechCrunch before founding her own company on maternity leave in 2011. Known for her fearless, outspoken reporting, Lacy has been profiled in publications as varied as the New York Times and San Francisco Magazine. She was called one of Marie Claire’s “Three Women Changing Everything” in 2014, lauded for her unapologetic voice summed up by her widely-followed Twitter handle “Sarahcuda.” She lives in San Francisco. Most importantly of all, she is a mother of two young children. She is the author of three books, including 'A Uterus Is a Feature, Not a Bug' (Harper Business, 2017) about the power of motherhood.
