On Episode #8 I welcome Michele Promaulayko (michprom) to the Working Wife, Happy Life! podcast. Michele is an award-winning print and digital editor, specializing in wellness. She has authored two books and is now releasing her third, "Sugar Free 3" (sugarfree_3) a simple 3-week plan to improve energy, sleep, and weight loss. She is currently the Editorial-Director-at-Large for THE WELL (thewell) and an advisor to several healthy lifestyle brands. Most recently, she was the editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan, the largest women’s media brand in the world, and the editorial director of Hearst’s Young Women’s Group, which also includes Women’s Health and Seventeen. Talk about an impressive resume, right? 
 
Michele is truly is a Renaissance woman and continues to reinvent herself and her brand in new, innovative ways to keep up with the modern age. In this conversation Michele gives a sneak peak into her personal wellness journey, how it all began during her time as Editor and Chief of Women's Health Magazine, and shares how it's evolved over the years. As the new content Editor of THE WELL, she discusses the importance for busy working women and men to find time to unwind and focus on well-being. Michele also shares her tips and tricks for eliminating sugar from our diet and encourages us to start reading the labels for hidden sugars.
