Episode 9 - Michelle King

Episode #9: “What are the barriers to women’s advancement at work? Why are there so few women leaders? Why isn't anyone doing anything about this?” These were just the initial questions asked by this week's acclaimed guest, Michelle King (@michellepenelopeking) during her PhD studies. The responses she heard from the folks in a position of power were infuriating and ultimately propelled her mission to try and solve gender inequality at work. "We can't fix inequality if we don't see it."
