Scottie Benjamin is Building Manager at the National Museum of American History, part of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. Mike Petrusky asks Scottie about his career journey from Army Veteran to FM leader and they agree that military service is often an ideal background that provides valuable experience for future workplace leaders.
