Digital fatigue is not something that gets a lot of airtime, but it’s a real phenomenon. In our fast paced world, screen time continues to increase as it spans from morning until bed time and exists at work and at home. Too much screen time has become an issue and is now recognized as digital fatigue. If left unaddressed, it can turn into digital burnout.
