On June 18th, Russian President Vladimir Putin made an unprecedented trip to Pyongyang. It was the first time he’d set foot inside North Korea in nearly 25 years and marks a new low point in his war against Ukraine. This week, we’re running a two-part series about the recent courtship between President Putin and North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un.
