They talk about the opportunities for digital solutions to create a seamless customer journey, and the challenges of bringing together the partners needed to make that possible. Jeremy and Sam also give their advice for others embarking on digital insurance project during the COVID-19 pandemic – “the biggest learning moment the insurance world has ever seen”.
